Recipe: Soothing Osteoarthritis Tea

Everybody loves a good cuppa’! But what if we told you, you can make your own tea that not only tastes great but is also super healthy and supports overall joint health? Our 2-in-1 osteoarthritis tea soothes the soul and supports your body’s natural healing processes. The ingredients contained help strengthen your immune system so that your body can successfully fight against inflammation. It’s quick to make and has a whopping impact on your health. Give it a go!

What you’ll need:

Piece of Ginger (Approx. 3cm in Length)

Lemon

Turmeric (Level Tsp)

Honey (or Agave Nectar)

A Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

A Pinch of Freshly Ground Pepper

Step One
Stick the kettle on and fill a large glass (or large mug) with hot water. Start by grating the piece of ginger into it, then add the turmeric, cayenne pepper and the freshly ground pepper. Stir well for 2-3 minutes.

Step Two
Next, mix 1 teaspoon of honey (or agave nectar) into your tea and let it steep until it reaches your preferred drinking temperature. Make sure to stir it every now and then!

Step Three
Finally, squeeze the lemon into the tea and stir.
