Recipe: 2 Simple-Immune Boosting Shots

Step One
Grab your lemon juice, orange, (grated) ginger, spices and other ingredients and add to a blender. Then press that start button and give it a whir for roughly 90 seconds.
Step Two
Pour into a glass, and hey presto — you’ve got a superb immune-boosting shot!
*If the taste is a little overpowering for you, you can also add two teaspoons of this shot to your tea (per day).

150ml
Fresh Beetroot
Large CarrotÂ
Orange
Thumb-Sized Piece of Ginger
Medjool Dates (Pitted)
Water
Step One
Wash beetroot (with gloves), peel and cut into pieces. Wash, peel and dice the carrots. Peel the orange and ginger, splitting the orange into its segments and finely chopping the ginger.Â
Step Two
Add everything to the blender, including the Medjool dates and 150ml of water, then purĂ©e until smooth & creamy.Â
