Recipe: 2 Simple-Immune Boosting Shots

Looking for some new, healthy ways to help boost your immune system? Then look no further! Our anti-viral immune shot doesn’t just strengthen your immune system, it also gives you that extra energy boost we all need in the morning. Our nutrient-rich smoothie shot provides you with — you guessed it — all the vital nutrients and vitamins our bodies need to help fight issues like inflammation, including folic acid, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, vitamins B & C, as well as important protein and fibre. What you’ll need:

Orange

Large Piece of Ginger

Turmeric

Apple Cider Vinegar

Honey (or Agave Syrup)

Cinnamon 

Vanilla Extract

Step One

Grab your lemon juice, orange, (grated) ginger, spices and other ingredients and add to a blender. Then press that start button and give it a whir for roughly 90 seconds.

Step Two

Pour into a glass, and hey presto — you’ve got a superb immune-boosting shot!

*If the taste is a little overpowering for you, you can also add two teaspoons of this shot to your tea (per day).

150ml

Fresh Beetroot

Large Carrot 

Orange

Thumb-Sized Piece of Ginger

Medjool Dates (Pitted)

Water

Step One

Wash beetroot (with gloves), peel and cut into pieces. Wash, peel and dice the carrots. Peel the orange and ginger, splitting the orange into its segments and finely chopping the ginger.

Step Two

Add everything to the blender, including the Medjool dates and 150ml of water, then purée until smooth & creamy.
