Recipe: Heartburn-Friendly Health Shot

Step One
Grab a cold glass (and fill with some crushed ice, if preferred). Add and mix the apple cider vinegar, watermelon and grape juice*.

*Note, berries are nutritional powerhouses, along with some of the highest antioxidant levels of any fruit, so if you don’t fancy watermelon or grape, feel free to use strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or blackberries instead!

Step Two
Next, add your freshly grated ginger and stir thoroughly. For the best results, drink the shot in the morning or before meals. Enjoy!
