How the Liebscher & Bracht Exercises Help Fight Pain

All of us, at some point, experience pain: back pain, knee pain, shoulder or neck pain, or discomfort in another body part. The sensation can range from mildly unpleasant to agonising. But pain is a helpful sign. It’s a signal that how you move needs to change.
