Recipe: 2 Immune & Energy Boosting Health Shots

Looking for some new, healthy ways to stay healthy and boost your immune system and overall energy levels? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Our immune-boosting health shot includes mighty ingredients filled with important vitamins and minerals, one of which is turmeric. Along with its most active compound, curcumin, turmeric is known for its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

You know the saying, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away, ” well, the same could be said for our energy-boosting health shot. What you’ll need:

Immune Boosting Golden Milk Shot for 2

500ml

3 tsp

1 tsp

3 tsp

1 tsp

½ tsp

Almond Milk

Turmeric

Coconut Blossom Syrup 

Cinnamon

Cardamom Powder

Ground Bourbon Vanilla

Step One

Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan, bring to boil and stir thoroughly. Allow the mixture to boil for 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Step Two

Next, pour the liquid through a sieve into a measuring jug and then pour into two cups. Whisk with a milk frother and enjoy warm or cold!

Energy Boosting Health Shot for 2

Cucumber

Apple (Green)

Bunch of Parsley

Kiwi

Pineapple 

Coconut Water

Handful of Ice Cubes

Step One

Wash the cucumber, de-core the apple and peel the kiwi and pineapple. Then, chop everything into small pieces. Next, wash the parsley, and put all ingredients into a blender, mix until smooth.  

Step Two

Lastly, add the coconut water and ice. Stir well until creamy, pour into two glasses and enjoy!
