Stretching regularly with the Knee Hero strengthens the muscles, ligaments and tendons in your legs and knees and increases your flexibility and mobility. All you have to do is stack the wedges and step up!
Your Knee Hero includes 3 stackable wedges:
- 1 large wedge (18° angle)
- 2 small wedges (9° angle)
The Knee Hero offers many combinations for pain relief. Mix and match the Knee Hero wedges for a variety of stretches and levels of intensity. Stretch both legs at the same intensity, both legs at different intensities, or one leg at a time. You can even use the Knee Hero to stretch your feet.

Your Guide to Stretching with the Knee Hero.
We recommend beginning with a low-to-medium intensity stretch.
For your starter stretch, place a 9° wedge under each foot. You should feel a strong pulling sensation in your calf muscles. This means the stretch is working and your calf muscles are lengthening.
Ready for a more intense stretch? Stack the two 9° wedges under one foot and place the 18° wedge under the other foot.
Are the muscles in one leg tighter than those in the other leg? Knee Hero to the rescue! Stretch the leg with tighter muscles on a 9° wedge and use the 18° wedge for the other leg.
Experiment with different combinations to find exactly what works for you.
For the maximum intensity stretch, stack all of the Knee Hero wedges on top of each other. You can stand on the stack with one foot or both feet together. The sensation is strong, and the results are worth it.
Want to stretch your feet? Try this:
To stretch the insides of your feet, place the front edges of two wedges together and stand with only your heels on the Knee Hero.
To stretch the outsides of your feet, place two wedges back-to-back and stand with only your heels on the Knee Hero.

We recommend stretching with the Knee Hero for about 5 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Adjust the frequency according to how your legs feel. It’s important that you give your body a day of rest so that it has time to recover.
Use the Knee Hero anywhere that you stand for a longer period of time. If you have a height-adjustable desk at the office, stretch with the Knee Hero while you field emails and phone calls. Take the Knee Hero to the gym for a workout warm-up, or to Pilates and yoga to get more out of your poses. You can even use the Knee Hero while you cook or brush your teeth!
