Make sure to <strong>keep your buttocks aligned with your legs<\/strong>; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do not let your buttocks poke out.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forcefully press the ball of your foot against the door jamb and hold for about 5 seconds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Release the pressure and bend further forward.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Rotate between pressing the ball of your foot against the jamb, releasing and bending forward.
