This will not make your heel spur disappear immediately, but it will hurt a lot less. It is possible that your body will remove the spur within a few weeks. Or perhaps your heel spur will remain. As long as it does not cause any discomfort, this is not a problem. You want to prevent a heel spur? It may take some time for your brain to store new movement programs.
