exhale.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check to make sure your back is straight.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go as far forward as you can and grasp the back of your straight leg with both hands.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create resistance, try to lift your upper body against the force of your grasp. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Do not actually lift your upper body.)<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hold for about 5 seconds, stop resisting, and go further
